OUR TEAM
Yasir Amir founded Collective Hands for Seniors (CHFSI) with a vision to make it easier for seniors and their families to access trusted housing, care, and essential community resources. His focus is on building a compassionate organization that puts the needs, dignity, and well-being of seniors first.
Through CHFSI, he has worked to develop strong relationships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, hospitals, case managers, social workers, and community organizations. These partnerships help connect seniors with independent living, assisted living, healthcare resources, transportation, food assistance, and other essential support.
His vision is to continue expanding CHFSI’s network throughout California, creating meaningful partnerships and ensuring that more seniors and families have access to the guidance and resources they need to make informed decisions with confidence.
